Welcome To Needham's Top Dance & Fitness Studio
Dance and Fitness go hand in hand in this innovative dance studio. Classes are offered for Boys and Girls ages 2 1/2 thru adult.

  • Recreational and Competitive Programs
  • Unique Combination-style classes
  • Classes year round to keep you in shape all year long.
  • Professional staff of experienced dance and fitness instructors.
  • Four spacious studios with professional wall-mounted barres and professional grade sprung floors and subfloors.
  • Children participating in both programs—"Fine & Fit"—will be given a 50% discount on their fitness classes.
